Healthy and Protein rich salad- An easy way to lose weight by vegetables and Beans
Ingredients:
- Black chickpeas ( Kaley Chanay) boiled 1 & half (½) Cup
- Peanuts (Monng phalli) roasted 1 Cup
- Red pepper powder half (½) table spoon
- Pink or Himalayan salt to taste
- Black pepper (kali mirch) powder form to taste
- Olive oil 3 tablespoon
- Cucumber (kheera) 1 medium size
- Tomatoes (Tamater) 2 large or medium
- Red Onion (pyaaz) 1 large or 2 medium
- Salad leaves (salad patta) 2 bunch
- Red radish 1 medium size
- Sesame seeds (Till white and black 1 tablespoon)
- Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
- Fresh green coriander (hara dhaniya) chopped well
Method:
Take a frying pan, add peanuts, black chickpeas, red pepper powder, Himalayan salt, black pepper powder (crushed), and olive oil, mix these all ingredients well and roast on a medium flame for 2-3 minutes & place aside.
- Cut cucumber in small slices and place aside.
- Chop tomatoes and place aside.
- Peel off and chop onion place aside.
- Cut salad leaves and place aside.
- Cut red radish and place aside.
Take a bowl add sesame seeds (black and white), olive oil, lemon juice, and whisk them well.
Afterward, add Himalayan salt (according to taste), black pepper powder, whisk well, and place them aside.
In a bowl, add all the above vegetables, roasted black chickpeas, peanuts, fresh green coriander, and mix them well. Fresh rich protein salad is now ready to serve!
